Q1. How to apply for a membership? Is there cost involved for becoming a member?

There are no fees involved to applying for a membership! You can choose to log onto the website via Facebook or G-mail or register directly through our website. 

Q2. What do I do if I forget my password?

On the login page, click on “forget password”, enter your username, the system will send out a password reset link directly to your email. To reset password, click on the link provided by the email and reset your password according to the web instructions. 

Q3. After my purchase transaction has completed online, how do I go about using your service?

Once transaction is confirmed, please present QR-code to the relevant stores, the designated store will help you redeem the products or services you have purchased. Enjoy your trip!

Q4. After my purchase transaction has been confirmed, how do I obtain the digital ticket (QR code)?

There are three ways to obtain your QR code:

-       Quick Redemption: download “Central Taiwan Pass 2020” APP, login and receive your QR code.

-       Log onto membership center via internet, click onto usage record, then click on “I want to redeem” to receive your QR code.

Open the email you used to purchase the ticket; an automatic email should be sent by the system along with the QR code. (please present QR code by smartphone or print out a copy)

Q5. Can I exchange the item after the transaction is completed?

Once the transaction order is completed, the item cannot be exchanged, please place another order to purchase again if needed the item you need.

Q6. How to use the E-Coupon?

The instructions to apply for using E-Coupons may be different from item to item, please carefully read the product descriptions on the website.
