The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway is 1877.15 meters long, running through Buji Mountain with an altitude of 1044 meters. It takes around 16 minutes to go for a round trip. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the lake and the mountain. If the humidity condition is right, you will be lucky to overlook this fantastic fairyland bathes in the midst of fogs. The Ropeway is one of the most charming ways to explore the beauty of Sun Moon Lake with your own eyes. You can’t miss it!

• This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.

• Entry Instructions: Please exchange your electronic voucher (QR Code) for a physical ticket at the self-service ticket machine on the 2nd floor of the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Station's service desk, then use the physical ticket at the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway 3rd floor boarding platform gate to enter by scanning the QR Code.

• The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
• Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.

｜Sun Moon Lake Ropeway

• Operating hours may be extended to cater to large scale events (e.g. Sakura Festival), or adjusted due to weather conditions, power failure, system maintenance, etc. Changes in operating hours shall be subject to the announcement posted at the station or on the official website.
• The first Wednesday of the month is the ropeway maintenance day, and the ropeway will be closed to the public. For annual major maintenance, additional closing dates shall be subject to the announcement.【Please click here to view】

｜Redemption

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
• Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
• Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
  
  

｜Sun Moon Lake Ropeway

• The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway ticket is valid for one round trip on the same day only.
• Each electronic ticket for the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway is valid for one person and one round trip only.
• The ticket is only for Sun Moon Lake Ropeway. Ticket to Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village is not included.
• It is subject to use the entrance at Sun Moon Lake Station at Ita Thao. The entrance at Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village is not allowed.
• This ticket is a full-fare ticket. If you need other types of tickets, please purchase them on-site. 【Price List】
• Seasonal thunderstorms are common at Sun Moon Lake. For the safety of the passengers, the facilities may be temporarily suspended when there are lightning concerns.Suggest you visit Sun Moon Lake Ropeway official website or contact service line to confirm whether the station is closed.
• Bicycles, pets not in pet carriers, or other huge sharp items considered hazardous are prohibited on board (except for guide dogs).
• Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum on the cable. Please store your food and drinks in your bag.
