Ticket Redemption Methods:

1. On-Site Redemption: Present your electronic voucher (QR Code) at a designated redemption location, use the self-service ticket machine to validate and exchange it for a physical paper ticket. Then, scan the paper ticket on the bus machine to complete validation and board.
2. Online Ticket Collection: Use the "Online Ticket Collection Service" by entering the 16-digit validation code from your electronic voucher (QR Code) to obtain a Taiwan Tourist Shuttle boarding QR Code. Simply scan this QR Code on the bus machine to board directly.

• After boarding, scan your paper ticket on the bus validator to complete the check-in process. Each ticket must be scanned once when boarding and once when alighting.

• The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
• Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
• The final redemption date for this voucher is August 31, 2025. Once any item is redeemed within the eligible period (including the day of the first redemption), all remaining items must be used within 14 days. For example, if the first item is activated on July 1, 2024, the latest usage date for all items is July 14, 2024.
• Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
• After exchanging the product QR Code for a bus ticket, please keep the ticket secure. If lost, a new ticket must be purchased. For online ticket collection, it’s recommended to screenshot the QR Code and save it in your phone gallery, as tickets cannot be reissued or refunded once redeemed.

• This ticket is for adults only; other ticket types must be purchased on-site.
• Each bus ticket must be scanned once when boarding and once when alighting. For example, when traveling on the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Sun Moon Lake Line toward Sun Moon Lake, scan the corresponding outbound QR Code once upon boarding and again when alighting.
