｜A new type of cruise-style shuttle bus, a fresh transportation choice for exploring Alishan!

The Alishan Cruise Shuttle Bus departs from Chiayi High-Speed Rail Station/Train Station for the outbound journey, making stops at significant attractions around Alishan, including Eryanping Trail. Accompanied by bilingual guides, the bus introduces the unique features of each attraction, allowing tourists to explore the sights. After the scheduled stops, the bus continues to the next destination, ultimately arriving at Ali Mountain.

For the return journey, the bus departs from the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area, making stops along the way at the Fenqihu, the Veoveoana/Chukou Travel Service Center, and the Wen Hua Road Night Market. Finally, it returns to Chiayi High-Speed Rail Station/Train Station. (This product does not include the outbound journey and must be purchased separately)

Fenqihu is located in Zhonghe Village, Jhuci Township, Chiayi County. It is a midway point on the way to Alishan and one of the stops on the Alishan Forest Railway. In its early days, it was famous for its old streets, bento boxes, and square bamboo. It gradually developed into a settlement, carrying countless nostalgic stories. Many travelers stop here to rest and savor local cuisine and souvenirs. It is one of the must-visit attractions on the way to Alishan!

The legendary "The First Old Street Donut," a must-try in Fenqihu, is handmade by skilled bakers using Danish dough. It is crafted using a non-traditional frying method, opting instead for low-oil baking techniques to achieve a crispy texture. The donut is not greasy and boasts a rich milk flavor with a crispy exterior and soft interior. It is a distinctive delicacy that you shouldn't miss when visiting Fenqihu!

｜The Tsou Indigenous Tribe Cultural 'Chukou Visitor Center'

The Chukou Visitor Center is an important transit point for travelers visiting Alishan. In addition to taking a rest here, you can also visit the nearby 'Tsou Veoveoana Cultural and Creative Park' to experience the unique culture and characteristics of the Tsou Indigenous Tribe. Veoveoana means 'deer hunting ground.' It is said that in the past, the Tsou people used to chase the Formosan sambar deer to this location for hunting. Although traditional hunting practices are no longer carried out, in order to allow visitors to experience the tribal culture, a deer park and archery range have been specially designed. If you want to immerse yourself in the tribal culture, get close to small animals, you must not miss this!

｜Notes for Placing an Order

The payment must be completed one hour within the order has been placed. The system will automatically cancel the order after the payment due.
The system does not provide the function to modify the order, if you want to change the number of people, you need to return the ticket and reorder.
Refunds will not be accepted after any product has been redeemed and used.

On the day of departure, please ensure that your mobile phone is reachable for contact by the tour guide to confirm the itinerary timing.
The Alishan shittle bus operates on a strict schedule. Please make sure to arrive at the boarding location on time. The special car cannot wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be provided for missed departures.
The itinerary times are for reference only. Depending on road conditions and high holiday traffic, the sequence of the itinerary may be adjusted. The actual departure and arrival times will depend on the traffic conditions on the day.

Each product is limited to one time use.
This product must be redeemed at the designated location on the scheduled date.
This product is a one-way outbound plan, and you can freely arrange and purchase the outbound and return trips based on your travel itinerary. If you wish to purchase a return plan, please visit other product pages for that purpose.
This product is for transportation shuttle buses and does not include admission tickets to various attractions/stations. (Some of the stops require purchasing admission tickets for entry. Participants must complete registration and payment by 12:00 PM one day before the scheduled session.

Any unused products must be requested for a refund two days before the scheduled session. Refunds will not be provided otherwise. Please consider this carefully before purchasing tickets."
【Example】To cancel the session scheduled for November 3, 2022, you must submit a ticket refund request no later than 11:59 PM on the night of November 1, 2022. Once the system company verifies it, the ticket will be refunded.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, and other natural disasters), considering public safety, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event as needed.
This product has a validity period of 7 days, meaning it must be used within 7 days after the first ticket is activated (including the day of the first ticket usage). For example, if the first ticket is activated on January 1, 2023, the latest expiration date for its use would be January 7, 2023.
This product includes personal insurance, and passengers who do not provide correct traveler information cannot board the bus. Please also note that for the same bus journey, personal information for each passenger must not be duplicated to ensure that every passenger can enjoy appropriate coverage.
