| Notes for System Orders

• Within one hour of placing an order, payment must be completed. The system will automatically cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
• The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
• Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.
  
• If you have an unused product and wish to request a refund, please go to [Member Center]->[Paid]->[I want a refund] to apply for a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after the deadline.
• If you have any issues with the system or your order, please contact customer service at 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00.

|Redemption

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
• Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
• No ticket refunds or reimbursements will be provided for tickets purchased within the past 7 days. For example, if the reserved travel date is on 2020/8/9, no ticket refunds or reimbursements will be accepted starting from 2020/8/2.
• During holidays, the Old Mountain Line cycling experience tends to get fully booked. We recommend making early reservations to ensure an enjoyable trip without any inconvenience.

｜Network reservation notice

1. General visitors' online booking that opens 24 hours. The order time will be 45 days before the day of the journey. ( Buying tickets is only on website)
2. Online purchase orders are limited to 20 orders. You pay for by credit card only online immediately. The orders will be successful. There are four seats on every car, the seats will be arranged by the staff to lead you on board. If your companions are fewer than four, and you wish to take the whole car by your own that you may buy four tickets for a car. (A set of identity card numbers is for one order sheet only)
3. For your own safety in any consideration , either of Acrophobia, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Drunken, Asthma or the people who are unable to move freely. Please to estimate the physical condition since the route may bump during the rail way. 
4. Passenger who is either a pregnant or the physical condition does not well enough that is forbidden to ride.
5. For kids safety, both the age of under 3 and the height is not 95 cm. The children ( who use straps, towels, or be holded) are not allowed to ride.
6. a. The kid whose age is 3, but not 7 years old and the height is 95 cm tall that can buy the ticket of special price only for kids.(we offer the safety seats for kids)。
   b. The kid whose age is over 7 years that has to buy the ticket of its price as an adult. Since our own safety consideration, we only allow two kids and two adults take seats in the same car. And one adult must sit with one kid. We offer two safety seats for kids at most in one car.
   c.To show up the document of correlatives which have been checked by the staff when you get the tickets in front of the ticket counter. If the forms of identity are not correct through checking, we must ask to make up to the full fare.
7. To prevent from your lose. Do not buy the full fare if we have sold out the tickets for kids at that day. 
8. No smoking or carry any pets of yours is not allowing on board with you.
9. For your own safety. The main driver who has to be 12 years old, and can control the brake handle well. During the route, it is forbidden to use the cellphone, to drink any alcohol. By the way,there is an adult who is 20 at least to sit beside.
10. If a passenger who cancels the order, the system will automatically release the quota and no alternate and reserved services will be provided. Under special circumstances or for security reasons (such as typhoon/earthquake...) the management may cancel the reservation and refund the ticket in full.
11. The system does not provide the function of modifying the order. Please confirm the number and the time before making a reservation. If you want to change the number of people or the time of boarding, you must refund the ticket. The system of our applying website will help you to change your order. Thank you for your cooperation.
    13. The reservation of buying ticket system is provided only by credit card now. After the online appointment and payment is completed, the appointment of yours is considered successful.
12. No telephone booking service, only on using internet booking system. 

｜Precautions before taking a ride

1. Be sure the time of 20 minutes before departure, please report to the collection area.For example, if you take the railbike at 11:00, you have to pick up the ticket with QR code before 10:30, and report to the boarding area before 10:40am.
2. Because the route passes through hills and valleys, tunnels and elevated railway bridges, please assess your physical and mental condition yourself. If you suffer from high blood pressure, fear of heights, heart disease, drunkenness, asthma.
3. The passenger who is pregnant or other health problems, you will not be allowed to board.

6. Please follow the instructions of the staff when you are riding. Do not board before the staff gives permission.
7. The main driver must be over 12 years of age and can control the brakes. To maintain safety, it is strictly forbidden to use mobile phones or drink alcohol.
8. No smoking or carry any pets of yours is not allowing on board with you.
9. When you are riding, please fasten your seat belts at all times. You must not get off the vehicle along the way. Pay attention to your own clothing accessories when you are riding. Do not get stuck in the pedals.
10. Please place your items (wallets, mobile phones, etc.) in the storage area under the seat. If the item is lost or damaged, the station will not be liable to compensate.

｜Safety while driving

1. Keep 10 meters away from the car in front to avoid collision.
2. Dangerous behaviors such as standing, jumping, playing, and intentionally shaking the car body are prohibited.
3. Passengers should proceed carefully and slowly to avoid collision with others on some sections.
4. While riding, if the passenger's belongings fall, it is forbidden to get out of the car. The car has an emergency contact telephone. Please inform the staff of the drop location of the item (the number of kilometers on the Taiwan Railway) and let the staff handle and pick it up.

※ Please read the above rules carefully in advance to prevent accidents. The company has indicated various safety and protection obligations, and visitors are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or violation of safety regulations.

※The Personal Administration Bureau of the executive branch of government in Taiwan will announce that under special circumstances or for security reasons (such as typhoon/earthquake...). The management of our company may cancel the reservation and refund the ticket in full.

※ If you use any illegal system to snap up the ticket, our office has the right to revoke the ticket unconditionally and reserve the right to pursue legal action.
