Big Hill North Moon hoped ourselves could earn the name of “The organizer of Provincial Highway 3 in Hsinchu” by integrating local ingredients, activities, exhibitions and talents in five towns, by which it could enhance and reorganize the value of local culture to give new meaning to Provincial Highway 3 in Hsinchu, allowing more people to see the beauty of Hsinchu’s humanities and geography – the enthusiasm of the residents helping each other, the ingredients and stories of the local small farmers and the attitude towards life that seeking harmonious co-existence between human and the nature.
North Moon combined the characteristics of the five Hakka towns and the local taste; meanwhile, let everyone recognize the characteristics five towns in Provincial Highway 3 in Hsinchu, driving the economic development of the reginal tourism industry. Moreover, such combo has won the award of the Taipei Walker 60 Taiwan’s famous restaurants and the recommendation of the Green Dining Guide.
