★From February to March, there are golden bellflowers blooming like yellow blush on the lake.
★From April to August, purple water hyacinth are dotted on the lake. Looking at tung flowers on the distant hillside, it is like snow in May everywhere.
★In September, the white egrets flying all over the sky contrast with the blue sky.
★From October to March, the Ospreys come from China and Siberia to spend the winter. It is always amazing to watch it soar into the sky and fish on the lake! In addition, Lake Emei is also the habitat of the largest number of Ospreys in Northern Taiwan! Along the wat, there are also great chance to meet Muller's Barbet, Little Grebe, Gallinula Chloropus, Black-crowned Night Heron, Gray Heron and Spilornis Cheela.

Snow Lake Café is located next to the Ximaopu Suspension Bridge in Emei Town. It is a landscape restaurant opened by two brothers. You can enjoy the Ximaopu Suspension Bridge, the view of Lake Emei and have a boat tour. The other side of the lake is Maitreya Buddha Temple, Maitreya Great Tao. The restaurant is simple and comfortable. There is a dining area on the first and second floor and an outdoor dining area on the second floor. Meals are all made in fresh, including combos, pizza, desserts, afternoon tea and beverage, which is suitable for family trips and group dining. They also planted more than two hundred pomelo trees by themselves for sales of agricultural products from organic fertilization, flowering and fruiting, ripening of pomelo, fruit picking experience, research and development of relevant pomelo products.
