Taichung Metro | 1-Day Pass (QR Code e-Ticket):

  • The 1-day pass expires at the end of the operational day.
  • Once activated, the pass allows unlimited rides on the Taichung Metro within the operational hours of the day, without any restrictions on sections or number of rides.

|Taichung Metro

The Taichung Metro was officially launched on April 25, 2021. The line begins at Beitun Main Station, passing through Songzhu Road, Beitun Road, Wenxin Road, Jianguo Road, and ends at Taichung High Speed Rail Station. It comprises 18 stations in total. The Taichung High Speed Rail Station serves as a hub for the High Speed Rail, Taiwan Railway, and Metro, providing convenient transfers. Taiwan Railway passengers can also transfer to the metro at Songzhu and Daqing stations. Additionally, each metro station features YouBike rental stations and is served by multiple bus routes, integrating the metro with other local transportation options for easy exploration of Taichung.

Taichung boasts many attractions worth visiting, from modern commercial districts to historical and cultural sites, making it a great place to explore. By choosing Taichung Metro's 1-day, 24-hour, or 48-hour passes, you can enjoy unlimited rides within the validity period for a hassle-free travel experience.

  • When taking the metro, first open the QR code of this product on your phone, bring the phone screen close to the QR code sensor area at the accessible gate, and once the gate opens after successful sensing, you can enter and exit the station.

  • Once activated (upon gate detection of QR CODE), you may ride the Taichung Metro unlimited times and distances within the operating hours of the day.
  • The one-day pass will expire after the end of the operating hours on the same day.

| System Order Notes

  • Payment must be completed within one hour of order placement, or the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • The system does not allow for order modifications. If you need to change the quantity, you must cancel and reorder.
  • Once any product is used, refunds are not accepted.
  • For unused products, please go to "Our Website" Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Request a Refund.
  • If you have any issues with the system or orders, please call us at 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 PM).

  • Please use the pass within 6 months after purchase, as it will not be valid or refundable after this period.
  • For refunds of unused QR codes, please contact the platform operator. Refunds cannot be processed if the QR code has been used.
  • The QR code is for personal use only and may not be copied or transmitted to others in any way; otherwise, it will be considered fare evasion, handled according to Article 49 of the Mass Rapid Transit Act.

| Product Redemption

  • Once any product or gift included in the package is redeemed or used, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Please pay attention to the business hours of the redemption store. If redemption is not possible during that period, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • This ticket is limited to one use per person.
  • In the event of force majeure (including, but not limited to, typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.) and considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, and will announce and contact in advance. The organizer retains the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

  • The first train of Taichung Metro starts at 06:00, and the last train is at 00:15; if the first ride occurs during the midnight period, it is considered the same operating day according to Taichung Metro regulations.
    For example:
    1. For a one-day pass, if you tap in at 15:00 on 2025/07/01, it is valid until the last train of the same day on 2025/07/01.
    2. For a one-day pass, if you tap in at 00:05 on 2025/07/01, it is valid until the last train on 2025/06/30; the pass cannot be used from the first train on 2025/07/01 onwards, please be aware of the boarding time.
