• Cancellation Policy:
  • No partial refunds: The system only supports "cancellation of the entire order." Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately.
  • No refund after use: Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.

• The redemption period for this package is from 2026/03/09 to 2026/06/30. Once any item is redeemed on or before 2026/06/30, the remaining items must be redeemed within 14 days (including the day of the first redemption).
  Example: If the first item is redeemed on 2026/6/1, the rest of the items must be redeemed by 2026/6/14.
• Please pay close attention to the operating hours of the respective shops/pavilions/venues. If redemption is unavailable during a specific time, please visit during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), and considering public safety, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event. • Starting from 2026/07/01, visitors entering with e-tickets purchased on or before 2026/06/30 (inclusive) must pay the price difference based on on-site price announcements, or refund the ticket through the original channel and repurchase.

• Admission tickets do not include the helium balloon experience. Additional tickets must be purchased on-site according to announcements.

• Applicable Objects:
  • Adult Ticket: Ages 13 (inclusive) and above – General adults.
  • Concession Ticket (*ID Required): Ages 8 (inclusive) to 12 (inclusive), Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above, holders of Disability Manual/Card, and one necessary accompanying companion.
  • Free Toddler Ticket: Children aged 7 (inclusive) and below (Health Insurance Card must be presented; must be accompanied by a parent for safety and care).
