Taichung Metro | 48-Hour Pass (QR Code e-Ticket):

  • Once activated (by scanning the QR CODE at the gate), unlimited rides on the Taichung Metro are available for 48 consecutive hours, with no limitations on the number of trips or travel zones.

| Taichung Metro

The Taichung Metro officially commenced operations on April 25, 2021. The route starts from Beitun Depot, passing through Songzhu Road, Beitun Road, Wenxin Road, and Jianguo Road, and terminates at the THSR Taichung Station. There are 18 stations along the way, with THSR Taichung Station serving as a hub for the High-Speed Rail, Taiwan Railways, and Metro, facilitating easy transfers. Passengers of Taiwan Railways can also transfer to the Metro at Songzhu and Daqing stations. Additionally, each metro station features YouBike rental services and multiple bus routes, integrating the metro with other local transport options for a seamless travel experience around Taichung.

Taichung is home to many attractions worth visiting, from modern commercial districts to areas rich in history and culture, making it a great city to explore. By choosing Taichung Metro’s 1-day, 24-hour, or 48-hour passes, you can enjoy unlimited metro rides within the validity period for a hassle-free travel experience.

  • When using the metro, first open the QR code of this product on your smartphone, and bring the screen close to the gate's QR code sensor area. Once the gate opens after successful detection, you can enter and exit the station.

  • Once activated (via the gate's QR code sensor), you can ride the Taichung Metro unlimited times without distance restrictions for a continuous 48 hours.
  • The 48-hour ticket will expire 48 hours after activation.

| System Order Guidelines

  • Payment must be completed within one hour of order placement; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • The system does not provide an order modification feature. To change the quantity, you must cancel and reorder.
  • No refunds or returns are accepted once any item has been redeemed.
  • If the product has not been used, please go to "This Website" Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for a Refund.
  • If you have any issues with the system or orders, please call 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break).

  • After purchase, please use the ticket within 6 months; it will not be valid after this period, and refunds cannot be made.
  • For refunds on unused QR codes, please contact the platform operator. Refunds cannot be processed once the QR code has been used.
  • The QR code is for the purchaser's exclusive use and must not be copied or transmitted to others in any form. Violation will be treated as fare evasion under Article 49 of the Mass Rapid Transit Act.

| Product Redemption

  • Any product or gift included in the package once redeemed and used, cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If unable to redeem during the specified time, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • This ticket is limited to one person per ticket, each electronic ticket can be used only once, and cannot be reused after verification and entry.
  • If due to force majeure factors (including but not limited to typhoon, earthquake, heavy rain, and other natural disasters), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event and will announce and contact in advance. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event content.
