[Alishan National Forest Recreation Area Full Admission]

[Chukou Visitor’s Center – Ruli Coffee / Tea Egg]
At the foot of Alishan, there in lies the village of Chukou, within the village Ruli Coffee welcomes visitors everywhere. People often mistaken the shop as “Bali” because the characters in Mandarin are hard to differentiate at a distance. The coffee we serve is superior, but what’s more is our tea brewed eggs, which always left customers wanting for more.
The eggs are carefully selected to ensure quality, and 3 separate stages of washing to achieve the highest standards of hygiene. The eggs shells are carefully cracked to leave perfect patterns on the stained egg whites, and for the tea to penetrate the eggs at an optimal level.
The flavor is masterfully crafted, while the scent of the eggs is also handled with precision. Chinese medicine are selected with various herbs and spices to brew the egg for one hour, then left to rest for a further 24 hours.
Every Ruli Tea Egg is not only an artwork to the eyes, but also smooth and creamy to taste, an after taste as you would sipping a tea is what we strive for in every egg we brew.
Come visit us before you head to the peak of Alishan, let us be the first memory we create for an everlasting memorable trip to Alishan.
