｜Jiu Jiu Feng Helium Balloon Park

Park admission provides entry and use of common areas, including the meadows, curated exhibitions, and outdoor public spaces.
Helium balloon rides, DIY workshops, children's art experiences, and dining (cafes, themed restaurants, snacks, souvenirs) are independent operations and require additional payment on-site.
We implement a tiered charging system to maintain the quality of the venue and depth of experience, allowing every traveler to choose their preferred activities at their own pace. Thank you for your understanding.

｜Park Pavilion Introduction

The Jiu Jiu Feng Park in Nantou is not just another forest park; it is a lifestyle community where all generations can awaken their senses and find emotional peaks through nature and local culture. Combining landscape, leisure, cultural narrative, and the highlight—the helium balloon—this is a new "species" of venue spanning tourism, culture, and theme parks.

1 ► Healing & Something｜Exhibition Hall

Focusing on "Exhibition as Experience," this hall features seasonal arts, interactive installations, flash lectures, and small performances, creating a fluid and engaging cultural space where aesthetics blend into nature and daily life.

2 ► Hi & High Proposal｜Tickets & IP Goods

This serves as the ticket and customer service center for helium balloon rides and sells park IP merchandise. An audiovisual classroom explains the principles of helium balloon flight.

3 ► Helium Balloon｜Aero30NG Tethered Balloon

One of only 70 newest-model Aero30NG balloons in the world. With a volume of 6,000 cubic meters and multiple safety systems, it ascends at 1m/s to a flight height of 168m (max height 300m). Each 15-minute ride can hold up to 30 people.

4 ► 15-Degree Meadow｜Outdoor Recreation

Named for its 15-degree slope, this is the main outdoor space for picnics and leisure. Live music and performances are held here on weekends.

5 ► Lavender Forest Select｜Fragrance & DIY

A specialty boutique offering herbal healing and high-quality fragrances. Features fragrance blending and DIY workshops.

6 ► 99 Workshop｜Children's Art & Eco Education

Collaborating with Otto2 Arts, this center offers environmental education, agro-food experiences, and interactive eco-courses for families to connect with nature.

7 ► Blue Elves Skywalk｜Treetop Experience

Named after the Black-naped Monarch bird, this elevated walkway allows you to observe the forest at treetop level for a sensory nature exploration.

8 ► MORIHICO. Coffee｜Hokkaido Brand (Opening July)

A transparent, clean aesthetic space featuring "MORIHICO's slow time" and artisan spirit, with Nantou-exclusive coffee flavors.

The wedding brand of Lavender Cottage group. Features the "Moncoeur Dining" indoor Chinese restaurant and "Dancing Butterfly Hill" outdoor wedding area.

Originating from Hokkaido, GIO uses local Nantou ingredients and premium meats to transform seasonal scenery into a feast.

A brand by SunnyHills, selling Aiyu jelly ice and pineapple smoothies with unique shaped egg cakes.

Creative Japanese shaved ice shaped like helium balloons and various Dango flavors.

The 2nd floor features 30 local Nantou brands (tea, snacks), while the 1st floor sells exclusive "Nana the Goat" IP merchandise.

｜Ticket Format

  • This is an e-ticket (QR Code). No physical tickets will be mailed.
  • Once payment is complete, please check your email for the [Payment Success Notification] containing your QR Code. Alternatively, log in to the website's [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Paid] tab → Click [View] to access your QR Code.
  • Present your electronic voucher (QR Code) at the redemption point to staff or scan it at the designated kiosks for entry.

｜System Order Information

  • Payment must be completed within one hour of placing the order. The system will automatically cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
  • The system does not support order modifications. To change the quantity, please refund and place a new order.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted once any item in the order has been redeemed or used.
  • If the items have not been used, please go to the "Member Center" → "My Orders" (Paid Orders) on this website to apply for a refund.
  • For system or order issues, please contact customer service at 03-5910052 during business hours: Mon-Fri (excluding national holidays) 09:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:00.

｜Refund Policy

  • Tickets are valid only on the day of purchase. No refunds will be processed once a ticket has been used.
  • Refund requests must be made through the original purchase platform. Used or scanned items are non-refundable.

｜Park Regulations

  • Park hours are 09:00–20:00. Entry and dining services stop after 19:00.
  • Drones and kites are strictly prohibited in the park. Your cooperation is appreciated.
  • Dangerous goods and sharp objects are prohibited.
  • We are a pet-friendly park. Please use a leash outdoors and a pet stroller when entering indoor areas. Thank you.
  • To ensure safety and quality, crowd control measures will be implemented when the park reaches maximum capacity, and entry may be temporarily suspended.
  • The park is in a natural mountain environment with insects. We recommend using insect repellent before entry. As the terrain is uneven, please wear sturdy, enclosed footwear to avoid injury. The park is not liable for discomfort or injuries caused by insect bites, allergies, or inadequate personal protection/footwear.

  • This plan is redeemable from 2026/03/09 to 2026/06/30. Tickets are valid only on the day of entry and cannot be used across multiple days.
  • From 2026/07/01 onwards, visitors holding e-tickets purchased on or before 2026/06/30 must pay the price difference based on the on-site announced fare, or refund the ticket through the original channel and repurchase.
  • Admission tickets DO NOT include the helium balloon ride experience; add-on purchases are required based on on-site announcements.
  • Please be sure to check the operating hours of each shop/pavilion/venue. If redemption is unavailable during a specific time, please visit during other regular business hours within the validity period.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain), the organizer may postpone or cancel the activity for public safety. Announcements and contact will be made in advance. For any matters not covered, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change activity details.
