<Ticket Type>

  • This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
  • After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
  • Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the redemption counter, show the QR code to the staff to exchange or scan it at the kiosk .

  • Location: No. 258, Yishu Rd., Caotun Town, Nantou County
  • Opening Hours: Daily 09:00 - 20:00 (Last entry and last order at 19:00)
  • Operating hours and services for park facilities, exhibition halls, dining brands, and activities may be flexibly adjusted due to seasonal changes, weather conditions, event planning, or operational requirements. Please refer to the official website and social media platforms for the latest announcements. No individual notices will be sent. Please visit:

  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within 1 hour after the order is placed. Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • Order Modification: The system does not support modifications. To change the quantity, a full refund for the entire order must be processed before re-ordering.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • No partial refunds: The system only supports "cancellation of the entire order." Individual items within an order cannot be cancelled separately.
    • No refund after use: Once the ticket has been redeemed or used, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted.
    • Refund Eligibility: If the ticket is unused and still within its validity period, you may go to the "Member Center" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund.

  • This package is redeemable from 2026/03/09 to 2026/06/30. It is valid only on the day of entry and cannot be used across multiple days.
  • Starting July 1, 2026, visitors using e-tickets purchased on or before June 30, 2026, must pay the price difference based on on-site announcements or refund the ticket through the original channel and repurchase.
  • The admission ticket does not include the helium balloon experience. Additional tickets must be purchased on-site as per official announcements.
  • Please check the operating hours of each merchant/pavilion/venue. If redemption is unavailable during a specific time, please visit during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event for public safety. Advance announcements will be made. The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate event details.

    • Tickets are valid only on the day of entry and are non-refundable once used.
    • Refunds must be processed through the original purchase platform. Tickets cannot be refunded after validation/scanning.

  • Guided tour schedules are subject to on-site announcements; please contact the ticket counter or customer service for details.
  • Drones and kites are strictly prohibited within the park.
  • Dangerous items and sharp objects are prohibited.
  • The park is pet-friendly; however, pets must be in a stroller when entering indoor areas.
  • To ensure safety, flow control may be implemented (temporary closure) when the park reaches maximum capacity.
  • The park is a natural environment with insects. We recommend using insect repellent and wearing well-covered, sturdy shoes for hilly terrain. The park is not liable for discomfort or injuries caused by personal attire, insect bites, or allergies.
